Why it is Bracket 3

What sets it: Two-card infinite combo (with your commander — only 2 cards needed from hand): Redshift, Rocketeer Chief + Umbral Mantle — Commander Spellbook rates it top-tier power (+7 more in deck, including Redshift, Rocketeer Chief + Sword of the Paruns; Aggravated Assault + Kami of Whispered Hopes; Godo, Bandit Warlord + Helm of the Host, …) (= Bracket 3 floor).

• Alternate win condition detected: Inferno of the Star Mounts — present but lightly supported

To play it a bracket lower: Cut either Redshift, Rocketeer Chief or Umbral Mantle — the combo (and its floor) is gone; re-run to confirm the lower bracket.

Before you sit down: This is Bracket 3, but be up front with your pod: it does run a two-card infinite combo (Redshift, Rocketeer Chief + Umbral Mantle), it just can't set it up reliably early (the sim assembles it by turn 5 in about 40% of hands (80% ever)). Late two-card combos are Bracket-3-legal — but if your table counts ANY infinite combo as Bracket 4, flag it.
