Why it is Bracket 3

What sets it: Two-card infinite combo: Yawgmoth, Thran Physician + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed — also needs: Your life total is at least 2; You control at least two other non-Human creatures (= Bracket 3 floor).

• Infinite and game-ending combos in this list: Pitiless Plunderer + Reassembling Skeleton + Altar of Dementia + Roaming Throne (infinite mill); Pitiless Plunderer + Ashnod's Altar + Reassembling Skeleton; +4 more. Sets a Bracket 3 minimum: Wizards says “there are no infinite combos at Bracket 2” and “no game-ending combos at the lower brackets”. Its deck-building list only names combos of two cards; we apply those statements to combos of any size
• 3 lock combo lines detected (Yawgmoth, Thran Physician + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + Bastion of Remembrance; Yawgmoth, Thran Physician + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + Blood Artist; Yawgmoth, Thran Physician + Zulaport Cutthroat + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons)

To play it a bracket lower: Cut either Yawgmoth, Thran Physician or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed — the combo (and its floor) is gone; re-run to confirm the lower bracket.

Before you sit down: This is Bracket 3, but be up front with your pod: it does run a two-card infinite combo (Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Altar of Dementia), it just can't set it up reliably early (the sim assembles it around turn 10 in 27% of hands). Late two-card combos are Bracket-3-legal — but if your table counts ANY infinite combo as Bracket 4, flag it.

This deck runs no Game Changers. See the full Game Changers list and the bracket rules.
