A white, blue, black and red Commander deck led by Jace, Multiverse Architect, 100 cards, saved by a ScrollVault player. Bracket 3 (Upgraded) by our bracket engine.
Checked October 4, 2026 with ScrollVault's bracket engine v389 · what changed in each version · how the engine is tested
What sets it: Two-card combo: Tree of Perdition + Archfiend of Despair — near-infinite lifeloss for target opponent — Commander Spellbook rates it top-tier power (+10 more in deck, including Tree of Perdition + Astarion, the Decadent; Astarion, the Decadent + Blood Tribute; Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose + Beacon of Immortality, …) (= Bracket 3 floor).
To play it a bracket lower: Cut either Tree of Perdition or Archfiend of Despair — the combo (and its floor) is gone; re-run to confirm the lower bracket.
Before you sit down: This is Bracket 3, but be up front with your pod: it does run a two-card infinite combo (Cybermen Squadron + Blightsteel Colossus), it just can't set it up reliably early (the sim assembles it around turn 10 in 40% of hands). Late two-card combos are Bracket-3-legal — but if your table counts ANY infinite combo as Bracket 4, flag it.
