Why this bracket?

No hard floors (no Game Changers, no two-card infinite combo, no mass land destruction) — verdict from optimization score 25/75 (14 card draw, 10 interaction, 1 fast-mana)
Engine accuracy reference: 100% bracket-in-range across 36 validation decks (engine beats Claude Sonnet/Opus/Haiku on bracket-exact).

How it compares

Against the 5 Foundations Commander decks we analyzed, this is the strongest — power 4.5 versus a set average of 4.3. That is about average for the library (4.7 across 64 precons). Its Tipping Point lands on turn 3, 1 turn earlier than the library median of turn 4.

Upgrade this precon

6 staples this deck does not already run — all legal in Ghoulcaller Gisa's color identity, none over $20, and none of them a Game Changer, so none forces a Bracket 3 floor on its own. Adding cards can still move the bracket: paste the updated list back into the calculator to re-check.

Wayfarer's Bauble Ramp $5.61
Read the Bones Card advantage $0.30
Lightning Greaves Protection $4.25
Command Tower Lands $0.50

Add all 6 to TCGplayer cart — about $15.43
