Why this bracket?

No hard floors (no Game Changers, no two-card infinite combo, no mass land destruction) — verdict from optimization score 21/75 (10 card draw, 10 interaction, 1 fast-mana)
Engine accuracy: 77.1% exact and 99.5% within one bracket on 1,229 organizer-labeled tournament decklists (engine v389).

How it compares

Against the 2 Neon Dynasty Commander decks we analyzed, this is the weakest — power 4.4 versus a set average of 4.6. That is about average for the library (4.6 across 174 precons). Its Tipping Point lands on turn 4, the same as the library median.
