Power Level

4.3/10

Tipping Point

Game Changers

Why this bracket?

Noncombat burst finish: scaling burn (Warstorm Surge) — present but lightly supported; finite, so it doesn't trip the two-card-infinite floor
High optimization — score 24/75 (11 interaction spells, 14 card-advantage sources, 1 fast-mana sources) — raises this deck above its hard floor
Engine accuracy: 77.1% exact and 99.5% within one bracket on 1,229 organizer-labeled tournament decklists (engine v389).

How it compares

Against the 5 New Capenna Commander decks we analyzed, this is 3rd strongest — power 4.3 versus a set average of 4.4. That is 0.3 below the 174-precon library average of 4.6. Its Tipping Point lands on turn 4, the same as the library median.
