Why this bracket?

Card popularity is jank-tier (67% niche/jank), but the goldfish sim closes games around turn 8 in 100% of simulated hands — a deck that reliably works toward winning stays Bracket 2 (Core).
High optimization — score 22/75 (11 card-advantage sources, 8 interaction spells, 1 fast-mana sources) — raises this deck above its hard floor
Engine accuracy: 77.1% exact and 99.5% within one bracket on 1,229 organizer-labeled tournament decklists (engine v389).

How it compares

Against the 4 Doctor Who decks we analyzed, this is the weakest — power 4.3 versus a set average of 5.3. That is 0.3 below the 174-precon library average of 4.6. Its Tipping Point lands on turn 4, the same as the library median.
