Reality Fracture format overview

Reality Fracture is a ten-archetype format: every two-color pair has a plan. The five allied pairs are Hexhaven's colleges (Fatehold, Theorix, Stingerquill, Konstrari and Vigorbloom), and the five enemy pairs follow Echoverse versions of Liliana, Chandra, Garruk, Ajani and Jace. Two mechanics run through the set: surveil, which appears on 42 cards and powers white-blue, and empower Jace, on 35 cards, which grows a Jace planeswalker token and anchors green-blue. On early 17Lands Premier Draft data, blue has the strongest commons by average games-in-hand win rate (57.2%, against 54 to 55% for the other colors), and gold cards perform well at both common and uncommon, which rewards settling into a color pair rather than staying mono-color too long. Every color pair has a gold Charm or signpost uncommon, so the uncommons you see in the first few picks are a reliable signal. The numbers on this page come from day-one data and will move as more drafts are played; the card ratings refresh daily.

Splashing & fixing: Each allied pair has a rare dual land that enters untapped once you control two other lands (Deserted Beach, Shipwreck Marsh, Haunted Ridge, Rockfall Vale, Overgrown Farmland), and red-green's Heartwood tokens tap for red or green. Splash a single off-color pip only for a bomb.
